Troop 139 was founded in 1952 by Mr. Richard Campbell.
Since 1952, Boy Scout Troop 139 has operated with one criterion: that all boys and adults who are part of Troop 139 follow the Boy Scout Oath and Law. Regardless of religion, race, disability or sexual orientation, Troop 139 wishes to provide programs for young men that build character, trains them in the responsibilities of citizenship and develops personal fitness.
